The house when it was purchased. So much to be done!
The stairway was moved forward in the dining room to allow more room in the kitchen. Also the ugly post by the stairway holding the upstairs up has been removed. The floor joist for the upstairs were 2x4s and are now 2x8s. The upstairs floor is solid now!
The very bottom picture was a space in the back dormer behind the bedrooms. It was built onto the house but not utilized into usable space in the bedroom. Who knows why?

ReplyDeleteThe kitchen is not as nice as it looks in this picture. The odor was not pleasant.
ReplyDeleteThe bottom picture was a space at the back of the house that was not able to be useful. It is now the walk-in closet for the master bedroom.
